Penza, 25 August 2015. PenzaNews. A Penza citizen, 21, is accused of purchasing a piece of covert information gathering equipment legal for use only by intelligence services officers.

“According to investigation, the young man bought a miniature digital camera disguised as a pen online using credit card payment, and received the package by mail in June. Later on, the man’s actions were intercepted by the police,” Lyudmila Fomina, Senior Assistant of the Head of the Investigative Department of the city Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, told PenzaNews agency.

The law enforcement forces have already gathered enough evidence for the case, she noted.

“After the accusing side will form its complaint, the case will be sent to court for review on the merits,” the speaker explained.
