Penza, 20 September 2015. PenzaNews. The police have identified a citizen of the Serdobsk area in the Penza region who stole two sports suits for a total cost of 12,000 rubles from a store in the Penza shopping center on Suvorova street.

“A representative of the trading organization contacted the police office No. 1 in the Penza city with a claim that an unidentified person or a group of persons stole two sports suits from an unprotected window display,” the press service of the Penza region Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews agency.

The investigators identified the culprit as a former convict, 30, living in the Serdobsk region.

“He was questioned and confessed to the crime. The stolen goods have been seized. An investigation will determine the resulting punishment,” the police said.
