Penza, 23 September 2015. PenzaNews. A barely clothed inebriated young man jumped out of the third floor window of an apartment building on Ulyanovskaya street in Penza at night into Wednesday, September 23. He received no grave injuries.

The drunken person received only an insignificant leg injury, one of the witnesses of the event told PenzaNews agency.

“Seemed like he was hurrying somewhere – got dressed in what was at hand. Only had a pair of jeans on him – no shirt, no shoes. As far as I know, he is not a local, from the Ulyanovsk region. Visited his ex-wife. Seems like he ended up the protagonist in the joke when it’s 3 am and the only way out is through the window,” the bystander suggested.

The police are currently investigating the case and the motives behind the risky jump.
