Penza, 19 October 2015. PenzaNews. A head of a renowned Penza dance ensemble, 39, will be facing a court case on charges of online distribution of pornographic materials.

“In Summer of 2015, the police investigators located a social network webpage with homosexual pornographic video clips published on it, freely available to view and download. The psychological and art expertise confirmed the pornographic content of the videos,” the press service of the Penza region Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews agency on Monday, October 19.

The materials were distributed through a fake account, and the Penza resident, 39, was behind them, they explained.

“He fully confessed to the crime. The investigation is complete, and the results were submitted to the court,” the police clarified.
