“According to investigators, a local woman, 27, organized an illegal gambling parlor using gambling machines in a rented space to make profit, hiring several people as administrators, security personnel and general staff,” Lyudmila Fomina, Senior Assistant of the Head of the Investigative Department of the city Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, told PenzaNews agency.
The law enforcement closed down the parlor, she added.
“The gambling machines were seized during an inspection of the premises,” Lyudmila Fomina clarified.
