Penza, 16 November 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza region Investigative Committee department has charged 14 people with creation of a criminal organization, illegal banking activity and illegal cash transactions, based on intelligence gathered by the regional FSB department.

“The suspects have been detained. The decision on level of restriction will be made in the nearest future,” Lyudmila Fomina, Senior Assistant of the Head of the Investigative Department of the city Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, told PenzaNews agency.

The investigators are currently inspecting the suspects’ houses and offices.

“They also question witnesses and conduct other activities to establish the full picture of the suspects’ criminal activities,” she said.
