Penza, 4 December 2015. PenzaNews. A resident of the Zemetchino area of the Penza region, 25, is suspected of siphoning 300 liters of diesel fuel from the gas tank of a KamAZ truck.

The crime took place at night time in the Lopatino area, the press service of the Penza region Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews agency.

“The police have questioned the households to locate witnesses, and found out that the young man, who already has a criminal record, was related to it. The man confessed to the crime,” they explained.

The theft is still under investigation, the police added.
