A pregnant woman was among the people who died in a resonant traffic accident that took place on the 766th km of the M5 “Ural” federal highway in the Kuznetsk area of the Penza region in the morning of Wednesday, December 16, the press service of the regional Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews agency.

“A Peugeot Boxer small-scale bus with license plate registered in Samara collided with a MAN long-haul truck on trip from the Novosibirsk region at 6.10 am. As a result, four people died, four more were hospitalized to the Kuznetsk area hospital. One of the victims was a woman with obvious signs of pregnancy,” they clarified.

The traffic police continue to investigate the crash area, they added.

“We are gathering evidence to establish the picture of the accident,” the police added.
