Penza, 19 December 2015. PenzaNews. The police have located the man who stole a mobile phone belonging to a young woman, 22, from a table in a Penza café on Industrialnaya street at about 4 am.

“The investigators found that a Penza citizen, 43, with a criminal record is possibly involved in the crime. He was questioned, and confessed. The stolen goods were seized,” the press service of the Penza region Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews agency on Saturday, December 19.

The incident is being investigated, with a relevant procedural decision to follow, they added.
