Penza, 20 December 2015. PenzaNews. The police has seized a makeshift gun and ammunition from a Penza citizen, 29.

“The inspectors found an item that resembled a pistol among his personal effects. The investigation identified the item as a makeshift gun that followed the example of the Makarov pistol. The police also seized five active ammunition rounds from the citizen,” the press service of the Penza region Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews agency.

According to the man’s testimony, he found the gun in Gidrostroy residential area, they added.

“The man now faces a criminal case, and the violation can lead to up to four years in prison,” they added.

Currently, the man was released on obligation to not leave the city.
