Penza, 22 December 2015. PenzaNews. A man living in the Gorodische area of the Penza region, 28, fell victim to a fraud trying to buy snowboard for 12,500 rubles.

“According to the man himself, he achieved an agreement with an alleged Omsk citizen in VK.com social network to buy a snowboard from him. He transferred the money to the unidentified man on the same day via banking card transfer, but have not received the order still. Two days later, he found out that the snowboard sale add was changed as sold, and he suspected the transaction was a fraud,” the press service of the Penza region Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews agency.

The fraud case is currently being investigated.

“The phone number of the culprit is registered in a different city,” the police noted.
