Penza, 25 December 2015. PenzaNews. The police have identified the teenager shot the windows of a car parked by Voroshilova street in Penza using a slingshot, thanks to a dashcam recording.

“The man left his dashcam on; when he returned, he saw the windows of his car were deformed, and reported it to the police. The recording shows an apartment building window getting opened and closed, making it easy to identify the apartment,” the press service of the Penza region Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews agency.

The teenager in question, born in 2002, used a slingshot owned by his father, the police added based on preliminary information.

“The teenager has no previous record with the police and comes from a well-faring family. The incident is currently under investigation,” the police added.
