Penza, 4 January 2016. PenzaNews. A Penza citizen is accused of stealing 30,000 rubles left by another person in the money withdrawal slot of an ATM located in a Rakhmaninova street store.

“After an investigation, the police found a man, 40, to be related to the crime. He admitted his guilt,” the press service of the Penza region Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews agency.

He now faces a criminal case on theft, they clarified.

“The suspect has been released on pledge not to leave town,” the police said.
