Penza, 13 January 2016. PenzaNews. The police are looking for three children – Yulia Galkina, Victoria Smirnova and Anastasia Volkova, born in 1999 – who ran away from an orphanage based in Spassk of the Penza region.

Based on the current information, they can be in Penza city, the press service of the Penza region Ministry of the Interior department told PenzaNews agency.

“Yulia Galkina is 160 centimeters tall, with dark, average length hair. She was wearing a white jacket, blue jeans and grey sneakers. Victoria Smirnova and Anastasia Volkova are both 165 centimeters tall. The first has dark average length hair and was wearing a dark jacket, blue jeans and light-colored running shoes. The other had dark past shoulder and was wearing a grey midthigh jacket, black leggings and black boots,” they clarified.
