Penza, 15 January 2016. PenzaNews. The Privokzalny area court of Tula city has placed a Penza citizen Dmitry Shishkin, 32, in custody on charges of infliction of great bodily harm that led to death of another person.

The man was evading the investigators and subsequently placed on federal watch for assault and robbery, insult of an officer, and grave crimes against a person, the press service of the Tula region prosecutor’s office told PenzaNews agency.

“It was established that on 31 December 2015, Dmitry Shishkin, while drunk, was in a flat in the apartment building on Odoevskoe highway of Tula city. While there, he had a row based on personal mistrust with another person, and punched and kicked the victim multiple times in vital organs, causing him to die at the scene,” the office explained.

The court placed the man into custody after considerations that the defendant may commit more crimes if released, the prosecutor’s office noted.
