Social network group administrator, 18, accused of extremism in Penza
Penza, 18 January 2016. PenzaNews. A Penza citizen, 18, is suspected of publishing graphic extremist images in a social network group as its administrator.

“According to investigation, in April 2015, the young man uploaded the images to the Internet from his mobile phone while at home. The psychological and linguistic expert evaluation concluded they contain elements of racial, national, native language and religious attitude discrimination,” Lyudmila Fomina, Senior Assistant of the Head of the Investigative Department of the city Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, told PenzaNews agency.
The police opened a criminal case and are gathering evidence to establish all details of the incident, she added.
“The illegal activities of the suspect were discovered thanks to on-the-field cooperation of the Investigative Committee officers with the Extremism Prevention Center of the Penza region Ministry of the Interior department,” Lyudmila Fomina stressed.
