Penza, 24 January 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza police are investigating a case of fraud where a young man transferred 187,000 rubles for a laptop, but did not receive the order.

After submitting his order online, the buyer received a call from an unknown person who offered to transfer the payment in full to a banking account, to which the victim complied, the press service of the Penza region Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews agency.

“The police are currently establishing the identities of the culprits,” they said.
