Penza, 30 January 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza police opened a criminal case under Part 3, Art. 213, “Hooliganism,” after a young woman born in 1987 was injured in a blast on Ladozhskaya street in Penza.

“She was brought to the hospital with nonpenetrating wounds. According to the doctors, her life is not in danger,” the press service of the Penza region Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews agency.

The police are currently holding a criminal investigation to identify the culprits.

“The pieces of the unidentified device were sent for expert evaluation,” the police said.

The Ministry administration and an investigative police dispatch immediately moved out to the incident area after the report, the press service added.

“The area around the adjacent apartment buildings was corded off,” they noted.
