One of the cars parked in the apartment building yard has a dent with chipped paint, a PenzaNews journalist reports from the scene.
Moreover, one of the balconies in the apartment building has a typical hole that supposedly was made by a flying piece of the explosive device.
According to an eyewitness, the explosive device was set off by a trip wire: the young woman walking past the building was injured, and the neighbors ran outside after hearing her cries. In addition, the explosion set off a car alarm, which further brought the people’s attention to the incident and made them run outside.
A police dispatch quickly arrived to the incident site and corded off the area, which was thoroughly inspected, including by a detector dog.
