Penza, 1 March 2016. PenzaNews. A young boy, 12, has been hospitalized to the Penza city clinical hospital No. 4 with face burns.

“On Monday, February 29, we received a report about a fire in Lopatki village of the Bessonovka area. A pile of household trash was lit on fire in the outdoors metal trash container,” Anna Shupilova, head of information and public relations division of the main EMERCOM department in the Penza region, informed PenzaNews.

The boy, who was close to the fire, received a burn and later on was brought to the hospital in Penza, she noted.

“The incident is under investigation,” she added.
