Penza mayor expresses condolences to people who lost relatives in Rostov-on-Don plane crash

Penza, 19 March 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza city administration head Victor Kuvaytsev his deputies and the city hall personnel expressed their condolences to the people who lost their relatives and close friends in the Rostov-on-Don FlyDubai plane crash that occurred on Saturday, March 19.

“We would like to extend out condolences and support to those who lost their relatives and close friends. We greatly mourn the losses and share your pain, and wish you to stay strong at this time of great hardship,” says the condolences letter.
As PenzaNews reported earlier, at approximately 3.40 of Saturday, March 19, Boeing 737-800 of FlyDubai Airlines crashed during the landing in difficult weather conditions at the Rostov-on-Don airport. There were 55 passengers and 7 airplane staff members on board: none of them survived.
The reasons behind the crash are currently being investigated, with difficult weather conditions currently being the primary hypothesis.
The tragic incident resulted in a criminal case under Part 3, Art. 263 of the Criminal Code, “Violation of the Rules for Traffic Safety and Operation of the Railway, Air, Sea and Inland Water Transportation Systems, as Well as of the Underground Railroad.”
The administration of Rostov-on-Don will allocate 1 million rubles each to families of people who died in the crash.
