Pachelma, 8 April 2016. PenzaNews. A young boy born in 2009 and his father borh in 1959 have succumbed to the fire that occurred in Pachelma village of the Penza region at night into Friday, April 8.

“Since fire occurred very late at night, it was discovered very late. The fire brigade arrived within 5 minutes after receiving the call, but the house was already ablaze with roof falling down,” Anna Shupilova, head of information and public relations division of the main EMERCOM department in the Penza region, informed PenzaNews.

Reportedly, the incident occurred due to overheating of the house stove, she clarified.
