Penza, 10 June 2016. PenzaNews. The driver of the Subaru Forester who hit and killed two mooses in a traffic accident dealt 80,000 rubles of damages to the forestry of the region. The accident in question occurred on the Nizhny Novgorod – Saratov highway in the Penza region late at night into Friday, June 10.

The man will be fined as per the procedures outlined in the legislation, the press service of the regional Forestry Ministry informed PenzaNews.

“To prevent any collisions with wild animals, we ask all drivers to observe speed limit on highways, particularly when traversing close to forests,” they stressed.
