Group of teenagers detained in Penza for throwing trash at train

Penza, 29 June 2016. PenzaNews. The police identified five teenagers aged 14-17 who were interfering with the normal wok of a city commute train on the Penza-1 – Arbekovo railway.

The teenagers were detained on the spot by a police dispatch, the press service of the Penza region Ministry of the Interior transportation department informed PenzaNews.
“A discussion with them helped us establish that one of the teenagers from the group, aged 17, ran the railway just before the passing train, after which he and another teenager, aged 15, threw trash at the city commute train,” they clarified.
The teenagers may face penalty according to the law, said police captain Alexei Linyaev, head of the teenage delinquency office for the Penza region Ministry of the Interior transportation department.
“We will also take measures to make sure the aforementioned teenagers will not commit such violations in the future. It must be noted that all of them come from well-off families,” he stressed.
