The accident occurred near unregulated pedestrian crossing, a PenzaNews correspondent reports from the accident scene.

The pedestrian hit the wind screen – there are distinctive signs of damages on the driver’s side.

Currently, drivers have to drive round the accident scene on oncoming lane. The propaganda department of the office of the Traffic Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Penza region noted that the injured woman, born in 1970, was sent to hospital, the injury level is being examined.
“A man born in 1995 was behind the wheel of the Lada Kalina car,” the Traffic Police Department added.

The accident circumstances are currently being examined.
