Penza, 12 August 2016. PenzaNews. Organizers of the concert by “Leningrad” band, held in Penza on June 20, 2016, will be fined after a written complaint of a citizen for obscene language that sounded on the stage.

Their colleagues from Saratov will be punished as well.

“The administrative violation reports were filed on the facts of organizing public performance with songs containing foul language during concerts of “Leningrad” band against the organizers in Penza and Saratov. [...] The reports are based on a written claim of a citizen,” the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation states.

The department notes that the concert organizers are imputed Art. of Administrative Code “Organization of public performance of works of literature, art or folk art, containing foul language, through theatrical, cultural, educational or entertainment spectacular event.”

It does not specify exactly who the organizer of these events was.

“As of 17.00, August 11 there is no information on the court sessions’ timetable appointed by the judges,” RIA Novosti quotes the message of the Ministry of Culture of Russia.
