Penza, 27 August 2016. PenzaNews. A man, born 1975, was hit by VAZ-21060 near house No. 139 on Tarnovskogo Street in Penza.

As the propaganda department of traffic police in the region told PenzaNews, the accident call was received at 23.50 on Friday, August 26.

“The driver, born 1991, hit a pedestrian. As a result of the incident the pedestrian was hospitalized,” the department explained.

The traffic police added that the circumstances of the accident are under investigation.
