Penza, 6 September 2016. PenzaNews. Police officers identified a woman who lured 27 thousand rubles from a 75-year-old resident of Penza.

“On September 5, the woman knocked on the door of the victim’s apartment on Prospekt Pobedy Street, presented herself as a distant relative and asked for a loan of money. Fraudulently the stranger took the money, then fled,” the press service of the regional MIA told PenzaNews.

The Ministry clarified that the suspect is around 35-40 years old.

“She is 155-160 cm high, medium build, dark blond short hair. He has a speech impediment. She was dressed in a white and gray jacket, black breeches, black shoes, wearing sunglasses,” the police added.
