Penza, 17 September 2016. PenzaNews. The traffic police are investigating an accident on Saranskaya Street in Penza, which resulted in the injury of a boy, born 2003.

“According to preliminary data, on Friday, September 16, at 14.25 the driver of Chevrolet Klan, a man, born 1973, hit a minor pedestrian,” the traffic police propaganda department in the Penza region told PenzaNews.

The traffic police added that the child was hospitalized.

The circumstances of the incident are being investigated.
