Penza, 22 September 2016. PenzaNews. Three light stands were damaged by a fallen tree not far from the building of “Penza” broadcasting company on Thursday night, September 22.

Currently, the scene is fenced with a signal tape, the fallen stands are on the ground, and electrical wires hand along the road.

Presumably, the tree fell because of the strong wind and rain that would not stop all Wednesday, September 21.

According to witnesses, at the time of the accident, luckily, there were no people nearby.

Currently, the on-site work is underway to address the effects of the incident.

Around two weeks ago there fell another tree that blocked the road leading to the two buildings of STRC “Penza” — the house of radio and the house of television. It also damaged a car standing nearby, whose driver suffered minor injuries.
