“It was on the way to the garage. According to preliminary data, there was a problem with the brakes – pads got stuck. Smoke went from under the wheel. The citizens saw this and called the fire service,” the agency interlocutor said.

According to her, there was no open fire.

“10 officers and three pieces of equipment arrived at the scene,” Anna Shupilova noted.

Causes of the incident are being established.
