Penza, 24 October 2016. PenzaNews. A cyclist, born 1940, was injured in an accident with a Daewoo passenger car on Planskaya street in the working village Mokshan of the Penza region on Monday, October 24.

According to the information on the website of the Chief Directorate of EMERCOM of Russia in the Penza region, the accident alarm was recorded at 8.15. Three representatives of the department and one unit of equipment responded to the accident.

The circumstances of the incident are being inspected by the traffic police officers.
