Penza, 9 November 2016. PenzaNews. Penza administration urged owners to voluntarily dismantle non-stationary trade objects which had been installed without permission before November 21.

Thus, the kiosks selling dairy products at the 98 Ternovskogo Street, at the “Zoopark” bus stop  on Krasnaya Street and at 39 and 85 Moskovskaya Street must be removed.

In addition, the mayor’s office urged to dismantle the out-of-service non-stationary trade objects located at 17 Prospekt Pobedy Street; 18, 108 and 130 Prospekt Stroiteley Street; 111B Ladozhskaya Street; 6 Glazunova Street; 8 Minskaya Street; “Puteprovod” bus stop on 8 Marta Street.

As it was reported by the mayor’s office press service, otherwise, the measures will be taken according to resolution No.1601 as of September 21, 2016, “About the procedure of dismantling unauthorized temporary (non-capital) objects at the territories belonging to the municipal property of Penza, territories where state ownership is not demarcated, within Penza boundaries” with the costs taken by the owners.
