Penza, 9 November 2016. PenzaNews. A man, whose identity is being established, died after he fell out of a window at the 5th floor of the Regional Children Clinical Hospital named after N.F. Filatov on Wednesday morning, November 9.

“According to the preliminary data, the man entered the hospital where he was noticed by doctors. He hid himself in a doctor’s room and fell out of a window” Elena Fedoskina, deputy head of the information and public relations department of the Penza region Ministry of the Interior Affairs, told PenzaNews.

She noted that at the present time law-enforcement officers are working at the place and are establishing the circumstances of the  incident.
