Penza, 11 November 2016. PenzaNews. Rescuers came to a woman’s aid whose 1-year-old child turned to be locked in a flat located at Griboyedova street with a gas cooker on.

As it was reported by the press service of the regional Department of Communal Services and Civil Security, the incident, during which the child accidentally locked himself in the flat, took place on Thursday, November 10.

“Having arrived to the scene of the accident, rescuers opened the flat front door with rescue instruments and provided the access to the child for his mother,” the office explained.

The department emphasized the fact that medical treatment for the child was not required.
