Penza, 30 December 2016. PenzaNews. A criminal case was opened on the signs of the crime stipulated by the Part 3, Art. 135 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Lecherous actions” after the incident featuring an unknown man who scared schoolgirls next to the building of one of the Penza schools.

“According to the investigation, on Wednesday, December 28, in the evening three schoolgirls saw a man with his trousers down demonstrating his genitals in one of the windows of Penza schools. The girls got scared and reported it to the teachers who together with the officer of Non-adult Affairs Department arrested the man in the school territory,” the senior assistant of the head of the regional Investigative Committee for media relations Lyudmila Fomina told PenzaNews.

She specified that the suspect is a 50-year-old resident of Kamenka.

“At present we investigate if the suspect was involved in analogous crimes. The investigative actions aimed at the establishing all circumstances of the incident, collecting and securing the evidence base are conducted. In the nearest future, the issue of the punishment by way of imprisonment will be solved,” the interlocutor said.
