As it was reported by the propaganda department of the traffic police of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the incident happened on Monday morning, January 2.

“The driver of the unidentified car hit the man, born 1984, who received body injuries and was hospitalized,” the State Traffic Police said.

The office noted that the injured left the medical institution willfully.

“Investigation is conducted on this fact,” propaganda department explained.
