Zarechny, 12 January 2017. PenzaNews. The man, aged 39, hit 12 cars driving the Toyota Land Cruiser 200 car in the state of alcohol intoxication in Zarechny city of the Penza region.

The incident happened on Wednesday, January 11.

As it was reported by the newspaper Zarechye Segodnya, first the drunk driver ran into the Renault Logan car parked opposite to building No. 5 in Zarechnaya street, and after that he drove to the 18th micro-district.

He drove into the yard of Ozerskaya street from the side of building No. 20/2 and moving along several buildings he caused dents to 11 cars.

According to the witnesses, after that the crossover drove under the arch and at the passage next to building No. 18 in Ozerskaya street it smashed head on into the Mercedes car.

“The workers of the regional Traffic Police, who visited the scene of the incident, arrested the driver in the 18th micro-district. The results of the medical investigation confirmed that the driver of the Toyota car was in the state of alcohol intoxication. Nobody was injured in the car accident,” the head of the Traffic Police Department of the intermunicipal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the closed administrative-territorial entity Zarechny Maxim Botyanovsky said.
