Penza, 19 January 2017. PenzaNews. The general director of the LLC "SMUV" Yaroslav Gamzikov suggested the Penza mayor Victor Kuvaytsev introducing automated bike rental in the territory of Penza.

"It is topical nowadays. At present, bicycle as a vehicle is becoming very popular. In addition, the city authorities pay attention to it. One of the examples is the bicycle lane that connects the Akhuny and GPZ-24 areas. And the availability of rental will make this vehicle more accessible for all residents," Yaroslav Gamzikov noted at the meeting that was held in the Penza administration on Thursday, January 19.

The meeting touched upon the issues related to the project realization – its possible participants, the influence on traffic flow and ecology, and others.

According to Victor Kuvaytsev, the authorities and the citizens are interested in creation of an automated bicycle rental.
"It is important to study the peculiarities of our city from the point of view of the project realization, topographic features, in particular, and to think of possible locations of bike rental stations. Accessibility to our residents should be one of the main principles here," the mayor said.

As it was reported by the press service of the city administration, the parties agreed to think of the appeared issues and then to come back to the discussion.
