"On January 30, 2017, an Internet website published the information that a patient fell from a bed in a medical institution and lay for hours on the floor in the corridor without being given any assistance," the senior assistant of the head of the regional Investigative Committee for media relations Lyudmila Fomina told PenzaNews.

She explained that the investigation will establish the circumstances of the incident.
