Over 200 houses in the Zheleznodorozhny and Leninsky areas of Penza remained without heating because of one more incident on the PJSC "T Plus" networks that go through the territory of thermal power plant No. 1, where on January 26 the first incident happened. This was reported by the deputy head of the city administration Yuri Ilyin on Wednesday, February 1.

According to him, the rupture point was localized: emergency teams work and take all necessary measures in order to restore heat supply to houses.
Yuri Ilyin also noted that the workers have 20 hours to remove the consequences of the incident.
"Pumping water out of the system takes the longest time, about 5-6 hours, and filling the system takes about the same," the interlocutor said.
He emphasized the fact that the Penza mayor Victor Kuvaytsev was informed about the incident.
