"On February 5, at 11.00, police station No. 1 of the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Penza received the message that a 13-year-old boy who had fractures and other injuries was hospitalized from the house in Moskovskaya street. During the investigation it was established that the boy was in his father's apartment and because of the prohibition to play on the computer he jumped out of the kitchen window," the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia told PenzaNews.

At the same time, the department did not specify on which floor the apartment is situated.

The circumstances of the incident are investigated.
