According to him, the reason why the girl who came to Penza from a country of the former Soviet Union made such an inconsiderate act was unrequited love.
"She dated a young man from the country where she comes from. They had serious relationships. Then he left her," he said during the forum "Police for a healthy lifestyle", which was held for the first time at the premises of the House of Youth on Tuesday, February 28.
The rector of Penza State University added that medical workers made a discouraging forecast.
"Today, the doctors told me that the girl's liver and kidneys are slowly decomposing. She will hardly survive," he noted.
Alexander Gulyakov said that relatives of the foreign student arrived to Penza.
"Why did it happen? Because the moral principles we got used to make us feel relaxed and at the same time indifferent about each other: we can do all what we want," he said adding that relationships without any responsibility became very common.
