Penza, 6 March 2017. PenzaNews. Rescuers and the police dissuaded a woman who was inside one of buildings in Kulakova street in Penza from committing suicide. This was reported by the press service of the Penza Communal Affairs Department on Monday, March 6.

The department specified that the incident happened on Friday.

"After long negotiations, the attempt of suicide was averted," the press service said.
