Penza, 22 March 2017. PenzaNews. A penalty equal to 5,000 rubles was imposed on an individual entrepreneur for violation of the sanitary legislation in the work of the delivery service "Best roll" located at 3, 3rd Rakhmaninova proezd in Penza. This was reported by the press service of the regional department of the Federal Service on Surveillance for Consumer rights protection and human well-being on Wednesday, March 22.

"On January 19, 2017, conducting an administrative investigation the department registered the following violations: some technical documentation on rolls, as well as some labels on products in fridges and in the kitchen were absent," the department specified.

The press service explained that the Pervomaisky regional court of Penza found the individual entrepreneur guilty of committing an administrative offence under the Art. 6.6 of the Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation "Violation of sanitary-epidemiological requirements for catering".
