As a witness told PenzaNews, both cars had stickers in honour of the approaching Victory Day – supposedly, the drivers planned to trade in stickers but failed to share the territory.
"The men started to argue. At a certain point, one of them climbed the Ford Focus car and began to walk and jump on the roof leaving big dents. The second went even further and broke the glass of the Mercedes car with a hammer," the interlocutor explained.
He added that some time later, two ambulance crews and workers of the patrol and inspection service arrived to the scene of the incident and started interrogating participants of the conflict as well as witnesses.
According to available data, at that time a minor traffic accident happened. A man who was getting out from a car parked next to the Olympic alley damaged a side mirror of an ambulance car with a door.
