Mokshan, 22 May 2017. PenzaNews. A boy, born 2012, was hospitalized as a result of a blow of a wheel that came off a trailer of a driving car in the Mokshansky area of the Penza region.

"It was preliminary established that on May 21, at the 576th kilometre of the federal highway M5 "Ural", a right wheel of the trailer of the driving Mazda BT-50 car spontaneously came off. The driver was a man, born 1984," the propaganda department of the traffic police of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation told PenzaNews.

The department specified that as a result of the running-down accident the boy was injured.

"Investigation on this fact is conducted," the traffic police specified.
