Penza, 3 June 2017. PenzaNews. A young man, born 2000, who was at the wheel of a VAZ-21043 car, ran over a cyclist, born 2013, in Svetlopolyanskaya street in Penza.

As the propaganda department of the traffic police of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation told PenzaNews, the accident happened on Friday, June 2.

"As a result, the cyclist was injured and taken to hospital," the department added.

The traffic police added that investigation on this fact is conducted.
