Penza, 29 June 2017. PenzaNews. The driver of the car Lada Priora with the number plate Н606АА 58RUS seriously violated several driving regulations in half a minute by crossing into the oncoming lane in Okruzhnaya street in Penza and creating an emergency situation.
The photos that depict the road incident involving the road hog had been made on Monday, June 27, at about 10.00, but PenzaNews received the images only now.
They show the driver of the local car slowly moving along an inner lane designed for making a left turn and approaching a crossroads, where other cars stopped at the traffic lights. He turns the steering wheel to the left and to the right as if being undecided where to go, and, finally, turns on a left winker.
However, when the traffic lights turn green, the driver of the car turns off the winker and begins to move straight crossing into the oncoming lane. The driver of the car Mitsubishi Lancer, who goes in the same direction along the correct lane in accordance with traffic rules, on purpose does not let the violator drive past but has to move to the right in order to avoid a side collision.
At the same time, the road hog crosses the solid line and follows the foreign car. After a pedestrian crossing, he makes an attempt to show “the offender” who is actually the road master and gathering speed he crosses into the oncoming lane, which is occupied at that time by a Mercedes crossover, for the second time. The cars drive very close to each other.
After the dangerous manoeuvre, trying to get back to the needed lane, the driver of the car Lada Priora cuts in front of Mitsubishi Lancer, slowly moves to the curb lane and retreats in the direction of Krivozerye street.
