Penza, 30 June 2017. PenzaNews. Two administrative protocols were drawn up against the driver of the car Lada Priora with the number plate Н606АА 58RUS who seriously violated several driving regulations in half a minute by crossing into the oncoming lane in Okruzhnaya street in Penza and creating an emergency situation.
As the propaganda department of the traffic police of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation told PenzaNews, the violator was a man, born 1990.
A protocol under Part 4, Art. 12.15 of the Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation was drawn up against him for crossing into the oncoming lane. The article presupposes a fine in the amount of 5,000 rubles and deprivation of the right to drive for the term from 4 to 6 months. The case materials were sent to the Pervomaisky regional court of Penza for consideration.
In addition, an administrative protocol was drawn up under Part 1, Art. 12.16 of the Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation. A penalty of 500 rubles was imposed on the driver for the failure to comply with requirements of traffic signs or road marking.
The traffic rules violations were detected when the mass media made dashboard camera recordings public.
The traffic police of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation thanked citizens for their assistance in establishing law and order on roads of the region.
